Formed in the winter of 2015, The Dog, The Cat and The Door had humble beginnings, writing and playing songs in a small make...shift rehersal space in a bedroom in Tamariu. The three friends quickly developed a unique writing and playing style and by early 2016 had secured a place in a much larger (and more soundproof) studio. The trio then set about writing songs for their forthcoming EP, which was recorded in May 2016 at the legendary recording studio Ultramarinos under the expert instruction of formidable producer Santi Garcia. Their raw rock sound infused with sweeping melodies has made the band a talking point across the Costa Brava and indeed further afield. Look out for the debut EP due to be released later in the year.
